Local Outreach
We believe God has a very personal plan for each one of us. Therefore, He has placed each of us into a specific enviroment so that His Good News can be delivered through us in a very powerful way. Acts 17:26-27 And He has made from on blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings, so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each on of us. |

Calvary Chapel is seeking to fulfill the Lord's desire to reach our community by serving in various capacities on a local level, including a weekly downtown outreach to the homeless and impoverished at the Salvation Army. Over the years this has proved to be a valuable tool for opening doors to share the love and grace of Jesus Christ. James 2:15-16 If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food and one of you says to them "Depart in peace, be warm and filled," but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit?

We also serve our community through our annual "Family Day" at the beginning of the school year to bless those families in need with school supplies and clothing. We have a Christmas parade outreach, handing out Bibles, hot chocolate and coffee, our annual "Harvest Party" on october 31st and various other events throughout the year
